All Nickel Alloy 200 Pipes is manufactured and tested to the relevant standards including ASTM, ASME and API etc. Nickel 200 Pipe grades of Nickel pipe exhibit good machinability and have excellent weld-ability characteristics with or without the addition of filler metals. In flowing sea water the Nickel Alloy 200 Hollow pipe offers excellent operation. This is even when high-speed seawater is present. Although the 200 alloy EFW tube may be susceptible to severe local attack in the case of stagnant or low-speed seawater, under fouling or other deposits, it can occur. Both regular hot work techniques and cold work methods must be used when the UNS N02200 Welded Pipe is formed. The Hot Temperature will be between 1200 degrees F and 2250 degrees F for Nickel 200 Rectangular Pipes
