TITANIUM GR 5 FLANGES

DUPLEX STEEL & ENGINEERING is a leading organization invoved in manufacturing, exporting of high range of Titanium Gr. 6 Flanges, these flanges are also knon as UNS R56400 Ti Flanges, which is heat treatable and has high strength. Titanium Alloy Grade 5 Slip on Flanges (SORF) is an excellent combination of strength, corrosion resistance, weld and fabricability. Ti Gr. 5 Pipe Spectacle Blind Flanges offers its high strength at a light weight and useful formability, where good creepresistance is up to approximately 300 Degree C (570 Degree F).

Heavy duty machining equipment and tooling should be used in Titanium Gr 5 Weld Neck Flanges to minimize chatter or work – hardening of the alloy ahead of the cutting. Our Titanium Grade 5 Socket weld Flanges is classified as an alpha-beta alloy, and consists of 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, and trace amounts of iron.
