Stainless Steel 347/347H-sheet-plate

DUPLEX STEEL & ENGINEERING is a well-known manufacturer, exporter & supplier of wide range of high quality Stainless Steel 347 Sheets, Plates & Coils, which is a stabilized austenitic stainless steel similar to type 304 with an addition of Columbium and Tantalum.

Our grade Stainless Steel 347 Sheets are recommended for parts fabricated by welding which cannot be subsequently annealed or for parts which must operate in service between 800°F – 1600°F, therefor these are commonly applied to high temperature equipment, such as gaskets and expansion joints, along with rocket engine and chemical manufacturing. The additions of columbium elements in Stainless Steel 347 Coils | UNS S34700 promote improved inter-granular corrosion resistance & also eliminates carbide precipitation and consequently. In annealing, our Stainless Steel 347 Perforated Coils is usually held for several hours at several degrees and then slowly cooled.
